It was made for walking around. Staff was professional and great despite our late arrival. The location was excellent and particularly good right by waterfront restaurants, park/market and a very doable walk to the Reversing Falls as well as Saint John, and had everything you needed. Overall experience was enjoyable.

Our recent stay at Chipman Hill Suites - Pratt House was delightful. The historic building had a charming old-world appeal with beautiful historical details and high ceilings. The kitchenette in our room was clean and well-organized, which was perfect for our extended stay. The housekeeping staff were prompt and attentive to detail. Check-in and parking were hassle-free, thanks to excellent pre-arrival communication.

The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the bedding was of high quality, with soft sheets, large pillows, and a perfectly dense mattress. It was like sleeping on a cloud! the location was fantastic, close to waterfront restaurants and a short walk to the market and the Reversing Falls. Plus, there was complimentary parking available, which was a great perk.
There were a few small drawbacks. the room lacked a sitting area and only had one comfortable chair.
